Nickel 201 is a nearly pure nickel alloy, containing at least 99% nickel, and is celebrated for its impressive resistance to reducing acids, alkalis, and various corrosive environments. It features good tensile strength—typically around 400 MPa—along with excellent ductility and high thermal conductivity. Nickel 201 remains mechanically stable across a broad temperature range, from cryogenic conditions up to about 600°C.
